Senior Carer

I started working in the care industry roughly 10 years ago when i made a career move from sales. I decided that sales just wasn’t for me anymore due to the ruthlessness of the industry. I needed a role which would give me rewards and satisfaction in another way and the care industry was the best move i have ever made.

I started working for a council provider, which for me really opened my eyes on how stressed and pressurised the home care industry was. A lot of things did not sit right with me at all, but i was dedicated to the clients i was allocated to and i wanted to make sure that when I was with them they were getting the best quality of care i could possibly give.

We Love Care founder Sarah contacted me a few years back in regards to her vision for a private care provider. Her ideas had my name all over it and it was a company that i wanted to see happen. We both have the same principles in what a care company should be and watching it transform to what it is today has been amazing. We really are making a difference, providing care at a level which is totally bucking the trend.

The staff we employ are of a very high quality with such great dedication to our clients. We follow the policies and our set ways of working to make sure that the care experience for our clients is second to none, with a real customer service focus in place.

I’m looking forward to the future of We Love Care and being part of the journey further more.

I lived in maidenhead until i was 26 and now live not far in Burnham. I have two young children so in my spare time they keep me really busy.

I love the outdoors, going for walks and going on adventures. Any other spare time i have will usually be in the gym as i also have a great love for food and eating out so being active is a must for me, I am also partial to a bit of travelling as and when i can.
